1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipjili ("vipjili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vipjili.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vipjili platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vipjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by vipjili or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

vipjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vipjili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of vipjili services, you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) vipjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
• You must notify vipjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• vipjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• vipjili reserves the right to refuse account registration or close existing accounts at its sole discretion.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. vipjili may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of this process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vipjili supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at vipjili's discretion.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the time of the transaction. vipjili does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your vipjili account are available for wagering purposes only. Deposits are generally credited instantly, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Verification: vipjili may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Currency: All transactions on vipjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). vipjili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vipjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• vipjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and funds forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vipjili platform — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Bingo, Slots, and live dealer games — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• vipjili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to vipjili immediately.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with vipjili's software or systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

vipjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipjili platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on vipjili content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipjili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vipjili platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond vipjili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.

vipjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

vipjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vipjili reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Your right to access and use the vipjili platform will immediately cease.
• vipjili may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vipjili support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vipjili operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the vipjili platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vipjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vipjili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the vipjili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
